This Month's Speaker - Andrea LaRosa

Based on Andrea LaRosa's book "You're NOT Listening!!!", you will learn how to stop simply reacting and start communicating with absolute intent. 

You will learn how to: 

• Decode what people actually need before you reply. 
• Stop the cycle of repeating yourself and over-explaining.
• Reframe defensive phrases in real-time to get the outcome you want without the friction.
