Are you ready to connect and grow? Join a community of passionate and creative businesswomen on the first Monday of every month from 8:30 - 10 AM at the Atascadero Chamber office for Atascadero Women Connect! Enjoy local coffee and tasty treats as you connect and learn. 

Each month features a new workshop, speaker, or hands-on activity, because we believe real growth happens when we're engaged, challenged, and in the room together. Come as you are, and leave feeling energized, inspired, and informed! 

This Month's Speaker - Andrea LaRosa 

If you are tired of repeating yourself, over-explaining, or dealing with passive-aggressive friction, it is time to upgrade your approach. In this highly interactive session, we will practice real-world communication frameworks you can use immediately to 10x your relationships. Based on Andrea LaRosa's book "You're NOT Listening!!!", you will learn how to stop simply reacting and start communicating with absolute intent. 

You will learn how to: 

  • Decode what people actually need before you reply. 
  • Stop the cycle of repeating yourself and over-explaining.
  • Reframe defensive phrases in real-time to get the outcome you want without the friction.
