Based in the heart of Paso Robles, our kitchen is led our French trained chefs who bring old-world precision to the incredible bounty of our backyard. We are obsessed with local flavors, sourcing directly from our favorite farmers and purveyors to ensure every bite is seasonal, fresh, and uniquely Central Coast.
