As we move into a brand-new year, many of us feel the pull to set healthier intentions like slower mornings, less stress, and more joy. If creating (or finally sticking to) a meditation practice is one of the intentions on your heart, The Meditation Lab is here to support you.
Join Rev. Dahlan for a 12-week journey designed to help you build a simple, doable meditation habit that fits your real life. This is not about perfection. It’s about discovering calm, building focus, and reclaiming your attention in a world full of constant distractions.
In this small-group experience, you’ll practice alongside like-minded people who are also ready to cultivate more peace and mindfulness. Together, you’ll explore short, daily meditations, just 10 minutes a day, that create powerful, long-term changes.
What to Expect:
You’ll learn meditation as a practical life skill, develop tools to steady your mind, and grow in your ability to direct your attention where it matters most. Missing a class or two is totally okay; the goal is consistency, not rigidity.

Meets weekly on Tuesdays: 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, 3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24
